INOFINE CHEMICALS SDN. BHD. is a Malaysia-based chemical company established in 2009, specialising in chemical products and solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries.

The company supplies a range of semiconductor-related chemicals, including cleaning agents, surface treatment chemicals, developers, etchants, strippers, electroplating chemicals, and photoresist-related materials.

In December 2024, INOFINE became part of the Aisen Semiconductor Materials Group, strengthening its technical capabilities, product portfolio, and regional market presence.

INOFINE operates its headquarters and chemical distribution activities in Selangor and is expanding its manufacturing capabilities in Penang to better support Malaysia’s growing semiconductor industry.
